TERM OF HIRE

All goods for hire remain the property of MC SOUNDS. The hirer will be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of damage to equipment caused by negligence on the part of the hirer.

A 20% non-returnable deposit is required at time of booking to hold your date.

Outstanding balance is then due 4 weeks prior to date of your event. If the balance is unpaid after the due-by-date, it will be assumed that the booking is cancelled, and it will be within the company’s rights to rebook hire of any equipment owned by MC SOUNDS for another celebration or event.

Unless you ask us not to, MC SOUNDS reserves the right to take photographs of the hired equipment for promotional purposes i.e. Facebook, website and other promotional material.

Delivery and pickup of equipment to venues within a 50 miles radius of (DD8 Forfar) are included in the cost of hire. Outside this incurs a charge for fuel and additional travelling time. Prices may vary, so please contact a member of staff at MC SOUNDS.

CANCELLATIONS CHARGES

If the booking is cancelled within four weeks of the event, this will incur a charge of 100% of the total cost.

In the event of cancellation, deposit paid at time of booking is non-returnable.

In the very unlikely event that the booking is cancelled by MC SOUNDS any payment received including deposit will be fully refunded.
